Enjoy all the convenience of the city tucked away on a quiet dead end street just 3 miles from the freeway. You get a fab view of Tacoma and its harbor, Commencement Bay, the Olympic Mountains, Mt Rainier and the Cascade Mountains. The First Mate's Quarters (FMQ) are the main floor of the Captain's House. With two bedrooms; 1 king and 1 queen, a fold out queen in living room, two dining areas, a modern kitchen, a swinging love seat, large deck & fire pit. And those views!

There is ample on-site parking (10 total spaces) and free street parking (you cannot park in the turn-around circle). The neighborhood is walkable and bike riders will enjoy the 1000+ foot of elevation on most any bike ride down and back up from the Puget Sound. I have several bike routes that I enjoy in this area.
