Please review the following house rules to help ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to allow us to continue sharing our home with future visitors. ================================== House Rules Sunflower Farmhouse TX is my personal sanctuary during certain times of the year. I kindly ask that guests treat the home and its contents with care and respect throughout their stay. Only confirmed guests are permitted on the property, with a maximum of 6 guests total. All adult guests must be 25 years of age or older. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, or illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property. If evidence of smoking is found inside the home, a minimum $350 surcharge will be applied. No parties, events, loud music, or excessive noise are permitted at any time. Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval. Glitter, confetti, or similar materials are not permitted inside or outside the home. A minimum $250 surcharge will apply if any residue is found after checkout. Up to two small dogs (35 lbs or under) may be considered with prior approval at booking, except during Spring and Fall Antiques weeks. Dogs must be well-behaved and trained. Please include a photo of your dog(s) and let me know whether they will be left alone or kenneled during your stay. If this information is not provided, I will follow up before approving the reservation. Children are welcome. Please indicate the number and ages of children at the time of booking. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable at all times. For the comfort and safety of all guests, furniture may not be rearranged inside or outside the home.
