Sweet getaway - beach block, steps from the beach!

Brian's place was exceptional in every way. Compact interior, but has everything we needed for our 3 night stay. And an extremely short walk to get into the beach, also easy access to Rehoboth without the need to get on Coastal Highway. We loved it.

This space is small but very homey - perfect for the two of us. It's very close to the beach - just a half block down the street and you're on sand! It's also very walkable to businesses in Dewey Beach, either by sidewalk or the beach. We were here during off-season, so it was pretty quiet. I'm sure the area is much more high-energy during the summer. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect weekend getaway during a nor'eastern storm. We loved spending our mornings drinking coffee on the patio and taking in the peaceful surroundings in quiet neighboorhood. Brian thought of every amenity, from a cozy king bed to a fully stocked kitchen. Exceeded all our expectations. Me and my 2 pug mixes were cozy in this condo. We also enjoyed walking to the beach a block away and local shops nearby.

My dog and I needed a few days away from home and Brian’s place was perfect! Literal steps from the beach, super close to the Dewey bars but very peaceful. We had everything we needed and Brian was an incredible host — so responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to stay here again
