We enjoyed our stay! It was close to TU's campus and had easy access to the highway and Tulsa attractions. The house was well updated and very clean. Would recommend and will look to stay again!
Wonderful home and location being so close to Skelly Field as we were there for a concert. Was easily accessible and wonderful house for 5 of us on the trip. Outdoor patio and fireplace was the cherry on top for enjoying some sunshine and after your hangouts!
It was perfect for our crew, we enjoyed the back deck and the other patio area with fire put. The fenced in back yard was great for the dog! Our daughter works at the University for the football program so we walked out the door and half a block to the Stadium which was so convenient! Plenty of areas to eat and get coffee nearby! I highly recommend, Roosevelts on Cherry St, the wait is long but so worth it for the Christmas theme!
Absolutely loved this charming house near TU with a fenced yard, and ample space! Would definitely recommend!

This classic 1925 bungalow was one of the first 25 homes built south of the University of Tulsa when 11th St (Route 66) marked the edge of town. Originally purchased from a Cherokee allotment owner, this home possesses a rich history linked to the construction and development of Tulsa during the gilded age of the Roaring 20s.
All guests are required to: collect trash into the kitchen; take sheets off of used beds and put them into washer, add detergent and start the machine; turn off lights; turn off A/C; and lock the front door and return key to outside lock box on wall when they leave Pets count as an additional guest Smoking or parties will result in a $500 fee Additional guests not listed at time of reservation will result in the loss of the guest's deposit Pet Rules: if this property allows pets, only 1 pet allowed maximum 30 lbs. We have a "no trace left behind policy" If any trace of a pet is left on your departure we will withhold $150 for cleaning from your deposit or by your reservation you are agreeing to pay a $150 additional cleaning fee. No urine, waste, hair, shedding, scratches, or damage of any kind is allowed. All pets or bodies are to be added to the number of guests for pet rent. We only charge extra when there are more than 2 occupants including a pet staying in our properties. Please check that this property allows pets before bringing them. Most are pet friendly, but not all. Loud noises from pets or complaints of any kind about your pet from a neighbor will incur a $500 fee, similar to party or noise complaint, so please be aware of your pet waste outside if this is a townhouse or apartment property.
