Equipped with two adjustable desks, comfortable office chairs, high-speed internet and standard monitors, this space allows you to work as if you were in the comfort of your own home. We designed this setup for our own use several months of the year.

Enjoy a comfortable bed with a mattress and high-quality pillows, as well as a small kitchen and living room with a balcony overlooking the lush greenery!

Place

This charming one-bedroom apartment is 39 square meters and is located on the 5th floor of The Title Residencies. The complex includes a gym, five swimming pools (including a stunning rooftop pool), 24-hour security and plenty of greenery.

**Best Location:**
Just a few minutes away from cafes, massage places and shops, the apartment is just 250 meters from the beautiful Naiyang Beach, adjacent to Sirinat National Park, known for its breathtaking scenery and rich biodiversity. Surrounded by nature and natural pine trees, it offers a peaceful haven.

**Kitchen:**
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, including an electric stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware and cutlery, as well as a dining area.

**Living Area:**
The living room has a sofa bed, perfect for a small family. There is high-speed internet, a work desk and a comfortable office chair for those who need to work online.

**Bedroom:**
The bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe, safe and versatile work desk that can be used as a makeup table, as well as a rocking chair. There is also a bathroom with ensuite.

**Balcony:**
Enjoy a relaxing morning or evening on the balcony, perfect for relaxing.

Guest access

The property has 5 outdoor pools (one of them on the roof) with recreational areas and bathrooms, as well as a gym. Lots of greenery and paths around the property invite you to take a short walk.

Other important things

HELP US SAVE ENERGY
Daily room rates include electricity (up to 30 units per day) and water consumption. Any additional electricity consumption will be charged at 7 baht per meter.

Monthly room rates do not include electricity consumption fee; electricity fee is 7 baht per meter. We kindly ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use.

DEPOSIT
A security deposit of THB 1000 or $50 will be paid upon check-in to cover utilities and any damages and/or losses inside the villa

LOCATION
The property is within walking distance of the main road, beach, shops, restaurants or public transportation.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Guests should assume that check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. Check-in and check-out times are usually flexible, but not guaranteed, so please ask in advance.

TOWELS
There are 2 face towels, 2 bath towels and 2 pool towels in the room.

ROOM AMENNITIES
We provide two bottles of water, shampoo, shower gel, tissue paper, shower cap, cotton pad and toothbrush upon arrival only.

PARKING
Unsecured parking is available free of charge.

KITCHEN
Kitchens are fully equipped and ready to use. Make sure all equipment is clean.

CLEANING
Please note that room rates do not include daily cleaning. Housekeeping will ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure
