This home has a NO PARTY Policy You MUST get approval from co-hosts prior to any small gathering and only CONFIRMED GUESTS on the Booking may stay overnight. The neighbors and neighborhood are quiet and respectful and are our friends. No music or noise outside after 10 PM No loitering outside the home and no honking. If there are complaints of loud parties, gatherings or disturbances to the neighbors/neighborhood, guests will be asked to vacate the home immediately and no refund will be issued. NO SMOKING on or around our property, in the house or the patio/backyard. It is a huge fire hazard! Please keep track of your personal belongings. ANY valuables left on the property/site are left at your own risk. Owner & co-hosts are not responsible.
