We had a wonderful stay at Deja Blue! Our kids all loved the themed rooms, loft area, game room and of course the pool! The adults in the group were all very comfortable and had made great use of the very clean beds and baths! Josh was so helpful, kind and responsive! We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!
Absolutely loved this place. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. It felt just like home. My family enjoy every thing about it, from the characters bedrooms for the kids down to the pool and heated jacuzzi. The patio/pool area was a VIBE. This place is a must! Thank you Josh. Deja Blue was the perfect house for our multi family Disney trip. The kids absolutely loved the Frozen room, pirate bunks, Star Wars room and the game room. The kids truly felt like they were in a Disney resort suite (and so did the adults). We wish we would have did a day off from Disney to take a full day to enjoy this beautiful and fun AirBnB. Squeaky clean and great quality furniture and appliances. We especially enjoyed how the host had little touches to make us feel at home! We plan on visiting Disney again in a few years and hope Deja Blue is open for us to book again. 10/10 recommend.

Coffee is provided free of charge. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all showers as well. STARTER SUPPLIES: •We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. This includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, and basic kitchen cleaning supplies. • Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 4.7 Miles) HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. More information provided in the house manual following your booking. POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT 1-Cost: $25 per day. 2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 90F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.
• Only 21+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. • We inspect our property before and after every guest. Any décor, towels, inventory missing, broken or damaged to the property may lead to loss of deposit and fine depending on the value of the item or damage. • Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) and all guests entering the resort must be registered. Discovery of unregistered/unapproved guests staying overnight will lead to an $100 charge. • Additional guests not registered may stay overnight for an extra $25.00 ONLY with host approval. • A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed. • Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. • Unapproved late checkout may result in a fee of up to 1 night's rent plus taxes and fees. • For security reasons, there is one Ring Doorbell on property. • Only bagged trash may be thrown into the valet bench waste bin. Discovery of loose trash in the bin may lead to a fine of $50. • Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Grill can be added to your reservation for an extra $60 for the entire stay. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. • The house will be set at 74 degrees. • Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather in very low temperatures. Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $25 with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn the heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. • Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property, only smoking and vaping is only allowed on the patio. Discovery of any smell of smoking or vaping inside the property may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. • Any stained/damaged towels (Dirt, make-up, blood, food etc.) Will be charged $25.00 per towel. We provide dark face towels for make-up.
