Street parking on our block is usually easy (no houses across the street). Weekdays 9am to 5pm there is a 2-hour limit; evenings and weekends are generally unrestricted. Always double-check posted signs. For longer daytime parking, nearby blocks often don't require permits, or you can apply for a short-term residential parking permit through SFMTA. We can email the utility bill copies you will need.

Check-in is automated with a smart lock at your own private entrance. All booked guests receive our digital welcome guide with detailed arrival instructions.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Three bedrooms sleep 6 to 12. Bedroom 1 has 1 King Bed and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen Beds and a built-in closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen adult-sized bunk beds and a walk-in closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa.

Is the home shared with anyone?

Guests have exclusive use of the dedicated flat on the first level, with its own private entrance and locks. We live on site upstairs. The backyard, property grounds and trash areas are shared, and the rear lawn is also enjoyed by the hosts' family and their labrador, Simba.

Is the home good for children?

Yes. Children and infants are welcome. We provide a Pack 'n Play, changing table, children's books, toys, board games and extra linens, and the home is near playgrounds, beaches and the California Academy of Sciences.

How old do I need to be to book?

The primary renter must be at least 21.

Is the flat wheelchair accessible?

The flat is a single-level ground floor unit with a wide doorway and a path to the entrance that is lit at night, but it is not wheelchair accessible. There are 5 steps down from the patio to the rear yard.

Can I work from the flat?

Yes. The flat has dedicated 1 Gig high-speed internet and multiple laptop-friendly workspaces, with fast highway access to downtown and the Financial District.

Scot was a fantastic host and very responsive host. My Colleagues and I stayed here for a business trip for the week of JP Morgan. We were fortunate to be the first guests staying at this AirBnB. The apartment was very clean and modern. One big highlight were the beds, they were the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. So much to the fact that I reached out to Scot for the model of the mattress and purchased for my own home. There was also a HEPA air purifier in each bedroom, which was a nice amenity, because I have allergies. I would strongly recommend booking this apartment with Scot.
