Overall, the place was lovely. Exactly what I hoped for. It’s more spacious than the photos let on (for being a studio). Kitchen is a great size for cooking, bed is very soft - like so soft, borderline too soft if you are sharing the bed with another person. If you’re small like me then you may be falling into the body weight crevasse all night (IYKYK). We made friends with the chickens outside and enjoyed the privacy of the back “porch” area. Watch for chicken poop if you’re barefoot. Shower was wonderful. Hot water works if you play around with the faucet a bit and read the instructions they provide for a tankless system. My only less-than-desirable part of the experience was the entire communication with the host was auto-generated, most likely using AI. Didn’t feel very personal. But I was having a staycation for one night only so I didn’t need anything from them anyway. It would have completed the experience to feel the human aspect of Airbnb, even if just through messages.
I could not feel more lucky to have found this place when we needed something affordable after flights were delayed. Little did we know we were going to get a romantic respite !!!!! I honestly wish we had had another night to just hang out there!!! The chickens were an extra boost of joy, and the details these folks thought of were truly like nothing I have seen in an Air b&b!
My girlfriend and I came here the weekend before Valentine’s Day for an early celebration, and it was fantastic! I wanted a romantic spot, and this place totally delivered. From the charming courtyard to the cozy interior and the backyard with the hens, everything was perfect. James offered extra packages to decorate the place with flowers and a few other sweet touches, which my girlfriend absolutely adored. It really made the stay special. The courtyard was a highlight with its hot tub, sauna, and fountain, we loved unwinding there. After a day of snowboarding at Northstar, the hot tub felt amazing. The room was spotless, and the bathrooms were pristine. I loved drinking my morning coffee in the backyard with the hens clucking around—it was such a cool vibe. My only small note for the host would be to mention more clearly that there’s another unit, separated by just a door. It wasn’t a big deal but it’d be good to know upfront. Overall, this place was amazing and I’d 100% come back

Vehicles must be parked only in the approved spaces and in accordance with the provided instructions. Improper parking may result in towing or fines at the vehicle owner’s expense. Guests are fully responsible for any towing, citations, or damages resulting from failure to follow parking instructions in the Online Check-In Guide. Use of the hot tub and sauna are at your own risk. Shower before using the hot tub or sauna. Max temperature on the hot tub is 104 degrees. Don't stay in the hot tub more than 15 minutes with out taking a brake. If you have any health issues do not use the hot tub or sauna. Do not eat or drink in the hot tub or sauna. To use the sauna hit the start button and allow it to warm up for 15 minutes. Then enjoy the Hot Tub for 15 minutes which will prepare your body for the sauna. The sauna will be approximately 105 degrees when you enter atfer the 15 minute warm up. The temperature will continue to rise and will be approximately 147 degrees after another 15 minutes. If you rarely use a sauna limit your usage to 15 minutes. Drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna. No food or drinks in the hot tub or sauna.
