Welcome to Bikini Cove! We welcome large groups or families to this spacious, two-unit house! Located in the popular Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, you are steps away from the beach access. Come relax by the large private pool outside for the afternoon. The space

Bikini Cove has everything your large group needs, less than a block to the beach, a private pool and plenty of space in the most popular location of Cherry Grove. The house is divided into Bikini Top (Third Floor) and Bikini Bottom (Second Floor)-each unit has their own kitchen and living area and have a sum of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Hang out by the pool on one of our lounge chairs. A few blocks away you will find the Heritage Shore Nature Preserve where you can launch a boat or go fishing. Rent a golf cart or bikes for the week. Don't forget we are dog friendly so no need to board your dog. With so much to do nearby-shops, restaurants, beach activities, entertainment, golf, ice cream-your family will have a blast! Towels and linens are included in the price (but not beach towels). We provide a starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish detergent and a cleaner.

Guests may encounter members of our staff on the property during their stay including property maintenance members, cleaners, landscapers and pool cleaners.

Guest access

Please note Bikini Bottom is up one set of stairs and Bikini Top is up two sets of stairs. When you enter Bikini Cove there is an enclosed staircase that leads up to Bikini Bottom and Bikini Top. There are additional keypad locks on the outside door along with a keypad for Bikini Bottom and Top. There is also an Amazon Echo in each kitchen that can play music or answer questions.

There is a storage unit on the ground level along with another unit that is not rented out. Occasionally you will see our cleaners dropping off laundry in this area.

Other things to note

NO PARTIES/EVENTS-Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire stay. Only registered/approved guests are allowed to stay and/or visit the residence-including the pool area. We do not allow for other visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from hosts.

There is a camera on the front door of the house that covers the entrance and driveway and one on the rear porch that covers pool and pool area. Both may be recording or saving still images.
Tampering with either is prohibited.
There is also an Amazon Echo in each of the kitchens. They can be unplugged by guests.

There is an old camera on the exterior front left of the house and back right that were from the previous owners and they are no longer in service.

Charcoal grills are available in the front of the house as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for providing their own materials and cleaning the grills. Pool cleanings are done once a week in the off season and twice during the season. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool in between cleanings. If they would like to request an additional clean it will be at the guest's cost.

We also book Saturday to Saturday during peak season and can accommodate multiple weeks on this Saturday schedule. Late checkouts/early check ins are not available during peak season.

With this listing we allow up to four dogs. Pet fee applies dependent on number of dogs.

Please acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions of our house rules and str agreement (including NO parties). Primary guest must be 25 and be present during the entire stay, state the nature of their trip, and respond to our confirmation within the first 24 hours of booking.
