HOUSE RULES: · The neighbors and neighborhood are quiet and respectful and are our friends · No parties, this is not a party house · No music or noise outside after 10 PM · You MUST get approval from co-hosts prior to any small gathering and only CONFIRMED GUESTS on the Booking may stay overnight. · If there are complaints of loud parties, gatherings or disturbances to the neighbors/neighborhood guests will be asked to vacate the home immediately and no refund will be issued · This is a multi-level home so please use caution on the stairs
