Rented this place for a get together with high school friends. It was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a blast. It was very clean and they provided everything we needed. The only problem we had was that the landscapers had just mowed and had blown a lot of grass into the pool. However when I contacted them about that I got an immediate response and they had someone out very quickly to take care of it. The pool was fantastic! We really enjoyed ourselves there!

This was our first Airbnb experience and we really enjoyed our stay. My kids really loved the swimming pool, games, and the pool table. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and in a great location for us. I am originally from Memphis and felt this was a nice neighborhood! We loved our stay at Alexander’s place. The home is beautiful! Very clean and appears to be brand new. We could have had two or three more couples and have plenty of room. The pool was great! It was clean and water temperature was perfect! Easy drive to downtown and could walk to the Botanical Garden. Definitely would stay again.

If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 3pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 10am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. PETS We do allow pets, but it is a flat fee per pet. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves,puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. If we obtain evidence of smoking in the unit you will be charged a $500 fee. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. ITEMS LEFT IN UNIT If you leave items in the unit after your checkout time is over you will not be able to enter the unit after checkout. To receive the items you will be charged $50 and the shipping cost of the items that are left behind.
