• Please respect our neighbours and always keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm and on the balcony. • Please respect our property as if it was your own. • When leaving the apartment, even for a few hours, please turn off the air-conditioners, lights and ceiling fans. We also ask you to close the balcony doors as the breeze can pick up very quickly and send things flying. • Any damage to the property will be claimed from your bond. • Surfboards are not allowed inside the building or apartment and should be stored in the garage. • No pets are allowed. • ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES are permitted at this property, or any other property we manage. Guests breaching this rule are liable to be evicted immediately and without a refund and are subject to additional cleaning charges. • No smoking or vaping inside, on the balcony or anywhere on the premises. • Third-party bookings are not allowed ie the person making the booking needs to be staying at the property unless otherwise agreed with the host. • Please separate rubbish and recycling and dispose of it in the correct bins. • Please do not hang items over balconies/balustrades. Towels and clothing should be hung on the portable clothesline provided and out of view of the street. There's a clothesline at the rear of the building. • NO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ALLOWED at this property.
