An open-concept fireplace living room, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining. Granite countertops and SS appliances grace the kitchen. Off-street parking for two cars.
Its proximity to Brackenbury Beach (semi-private), Endicott College, Gorden College, Monserrat College of Art, and the Landmark School make this home perfect for celebrating school achievements.
Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement and laundry/supply area. There are 3-4 steps up to the front door and stairs to the 2nd floor.
Pets are not allowed. The house is not childproofed so please be mindful of your child's movement and location.
