Downtown Guest House - Walk everywhere!

Such a gem in the middle of Carrboro. You can walk everywhere (two grocery stores, restaurants, shops), and it’s two blocks to the bus stop for the free bus into Chapel Hill. The rental also is pristine and so well stocked with everything one might need, from cooking utensils to helpful maps/bus schedules. The hosts are extremely responsive and provided very clear instructions about check in and check out. I’d gladly choose this property again for my next stay in the area.

What a great spot to stay! Peaceful and private, yet totally walkable. My husband and I had a great few nights away from our baby here while checking out the area. There is a washer + dryer and there are laundry detergent pods under the kitchen sink, so we were able to do some much-needed laundry after being on the road from a few days before arriving. We loved the downtown area and loved that we could walk everywhere. Access to the trails and nature was fantastic. The house itself is clean, new, modern, etc. There's a Keurig machine with a few included cup pods, but if you're a heavy coffee drinker, bring more of your own pods from home!

Agustin and Maria's apartment is superbly positioned in a leafy, tranquil neighborhood right in the heart of Carrboro. The apartment is private but is adjacent to their residence, and it was a pleasure to get to know this very nice couple. From the apartment, we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, pubs, shops, and markets. The UNC campus is even within walking distance. In addition, an extensive walking/cycling trail begins right outside the apartment. The interior is newly renovated and has a superbly stocked, modern kitchen. The bedroom was quiet and very comfortable. There is also a small private terrace and off-street parking. We would gladly return!

Agustin and Maria’s place is absolutely fantastic. It’s modern, clean, beautiful, and well appointed. But far and away the best thing is that it is walkable to the very best of Carrboro while still being in a quiet neighbourhood. Short walks to Weaver Street Market, the library, multiple coffee shops, and pubs. Just great. Also, Carrboro has buses throughout and to Chapel Hill, so this could be a great way to access the University without being too close to campus.
