Luxe, First Floor Suite with Garage & Balcony

Josiah’s apartment was great! I took a little staycation for my forty third birthday and his place was exactly what I needed. The apartments were nice, very comfortable, and easy to access. I enjoyed the pool, balcony, and very comfy bed. I’m a mom of three with a very busy life, so this repreive was perfect! I don’t have any complaints and would definitely stay again!

After a mix up with our initial booking, Josiah was super accommodating offering us a different unit (and actually an upgrade) at the same price and even threw in early check in! This unit was so convenient with the garage directly across from the unit. We utilized the air mattress for our kids and there was plenty of room for this and they slept great. The couch is very comfortable to sleep on as well. The king bed was super comfortable and added bonus of room darkening shades. We loved the pool (which was just steps away from this unit!) and the little play park for the kids. Everyone on site that we ran into during our stay were friendly and welcoming - sometimes that’s a concern as an Airbnb guest in an apartment when utilizing amenities, but not here! The unit was fully stocked anticipating all of our needs and then some! Also super convenient to have in unit washer and dryer. Would highly recommend. Thanks, Josiah!

The apartment was as described and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shade and curtains kept the light out. Josiah was a responsive host and provided clear directions. The garage across the hall was great! We’d stay here again.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was perfect and the host was in constant communication with me as I had never used this service before. The price was right inline with all other area listings I checked. One thing that was very helpful was the garage right next to the condo. It was basically an attached garage. This was very handy to get our vehicle ready for the next trip out we took. I’m sure it would be amazing during winter months. I was very relieved to find the property exactly as described. No keys to mess with as everything was combination door locks. The host even leaves a garage door opener which was super handy. The kids had a great time in the pool area in between the softball games we were in town for. Looks like that waterpark. I will recommend this place to anyone I know headed to Des Moines. Especially my family. Property, communication, and professionalism was top notch. Thank you Josiah for making making my families stay perfect
