Our studio apartment is located on the lower level of a house high atop of Bordeaux Mountain, 1.25 miles from Centerline Rd (Rt. 20). While all the roads are paved there is a small 'bumpy' section (you ain't in Kansas any more Todo). A 4-WD vehicle is required to access the house, in case inclines become slick if it rains. Our parking pad has space for 1 vehicle and the apartment is accessed by stairs (34 steps in total, so be prepared for a good cardio workout :) through a private entrance. We have awesome views of Tortola and Jost Van Dyke from the kitchen, bath, bed, outdoor screen room and large deck area. There is No AC (we have ceiling fans), but breezes on Bordeaux are plentiful. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Please respect their privacy and do not approach the front door of the house they use to access their space. If you have any questions or concerns, please communicate with us through Haven. Hi and welcome to our Apartment on Bordeaux. There are a few things we’d like to share with you..
When you park in the parking pad, please park at the end opposite the staircase as close to the wall as possible. There are 2 other vehicles that share that space. The space you will park in is on a slight decline, but it is okay to bay up to the stone wall.
At the top of the stairs from the parking pad there is a white lever switch to turn on the lights all the way down to the apartment. When you get to the bottom of the stairs by the apartment, there is another switch on the back wall to shut them off. Please remember to shut the lights so they do no remain on all night.
Bordeaux Mountain is typically very quiet at night and sound travels. Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not play music or the TV loudly inside or outside.
The door to the apartment I'd key-less entry, you will be provided a unique code prior to your arrival.
Wifi network is “BellaVista”, password is “1mkpq456eh”
There is an ironing board, iron and hair dryer in the closet in the bathroom.
Umbrellas are in the basket by the door, feel free to use them in the rain, “try” not to leave them behind.

We are a NON SMOKING house, if you smoke, please do so outside, away from all open windows and doors.
We DO NOT recycle on St. John unfortunately, your glass and cans can go in with the regular garbage.
There is no garbage collection on St. John, please take garbage and recyclables with you when the can is full. You will find dumpsters on the roadside throughout the island. New garbage bags are under the sink.
Please honor quiet hours 11 PM-7 AM. Walk & speak quietly in when in your Apartment or outside late night/early morning.
Departure
We ask that you depart promptly by 11 am as our cleaning crew arrives promptly at 12 noon.
Please leave the apartment as you found it with everything in it’s original location.
