Nestled in the heart of historic Rockport, Mill Brook House beautifully blends timeless charm with modern conveniences. Built in 1750, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers breathtaking water views from the top floor and serves as an ideal retreat for families and groups seeking a quintessential coastal getaway. Step inside to discover a welcoming ground floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room perfect for gathering over meals, and a comfortable living room to relax after a day of exploring. The second floor includes a serene king bedroom with attached dressing room, a charming queen bedroom with a bit of an ocean view, and a full hall bathroom. The top floor offers another full bathroom, a queen bedroom with an unobstructed water view, and a twin bedroom. The house is fully equipped with modern amenities, including split AC units in every room. Please note that the original vintage staircases leading to the second and third floors are steep, which may require consideration for guests with mobility concerns or very young children. In addition to the main house, there is an adjoining one-bedroom apartment called Mill Lane that is also available for rent, offering additional flexibility for larger groups or those seeking separate accommodations. Both spaces share a driveway, providing convenient parking options for guests. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with Millbrook Park just steps away, leading straight to both Front and Back Beaches. Take advantage of the home's prime location near Rockport's scenic harbor, charming shops, renowned dining options, and the Shalin Liu Performance Center. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the stunning views, catching a show at the nearby performance center, or setting out to explore the town, Mill Brook House provides the perfect setting for a memorable stay. Traveling with a larger group? Atlantic Vacation Homes also offers several other properties in the immediate area, making it easy for family and friends to stay close together. No smoking.
