The home is designed for quiet evenings, stargazing nights, and slow desert mornings. Out of respect for the land and surrounding area, this is not a party or event house. Large gatherings, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. 🚗 Getting Here & Seasonal Travel Notes The property is easily accessible and does not require a 4WD vehicle under normal conditions. The drive is straightforward, and most guests arrive without issue. During rare seasonal desert rains, some guests prefer the added comfort of a higher-clearance or AWD/4WD vehicle. This is optional and based on personal comfort—not a requirement. This property is located in a quiet, residential area and is subject to county sound ordinance regulations. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests agree to keep all noise—both indoors and outdoors—at a level that does not disturb neighbors at any time, and especially during designated quiet hours. Excessive noise, amplified music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Any violation of the county sound ordinance, or any noise complaint received from neighbors or local authorities, will result in immediate termination of the reservation. In such an event, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately and will not receive a refund for any unused nights. This policy applies regardless of the time of the complaint and is non-negotiable. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these terms. A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted per reservation. Dogs must be 50 lbs or under. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog applies and must be disclosed and paid at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets. Pets must not be left unattended for extended periods, must be kept off furniture unless protective coverings are used, and must be leashed when outdoors. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted and may be treated as a violation of house rules. Unauthorized pets, undisclosed pets, or violation of the pet policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and additional fees may be assessed. No cats or other animals are permitted. ► Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM. ► PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. (No wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.) ► NO FIRES, including candles, except for the duraflame log interior fireplace, propane BBQ, and exterior propane fireplace . This is a high-risk fire area, please help us prevent wildfires. ► No smoking of any kind indoors. Please smoke at least 20 feet away from the property and responsibly dispose of any cigarette butts. This is a high-risk fire area; please be sure they are fully extinguished. ► No commercial or location-based photo/video shoots without prior written consent. ► No parties (more than 8 people on the property will constitute a party) ► Guest maximum: 8 people. ► All pets must be authorized prior to arrival with pet fees paid. It would be greatly appreciated if you notify us that you are bringing an ESA or service animal prior to your reservation. ► Keep doors closed at all times. Open doors invite bugs, mice and other desert critters in. ► No off-road vehicles allowed. ► Guest agrees to pay violation fees assessed by the county of San Bernardino for incidences that occurred during their stay, including sound violations and all other fines by not complying with city rules. We want our guests to enjoy my space, however if house rules are broken, the following fees will apply: ► $500 unauthorized pet fee. ► $5000 unauthorized commercial photo/video shoot fee. ► Market rate for cost to replace any broken or destroyed items. By making this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will comply with all house rules. You also acknowledge and accept that the host has the right to keep the security deposit amount in full, if any of the rules below are not adhered to. Liability Waiver: By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as the guests agree to release the hosts and owners from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the property, climbing or exploring anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold hosts and owners harmless.
