Anh was very responsive. The house was very clean and they provided clear and easy instructions for check-in. Everything in the house was labeled and very well organized. The location was also perfect. We did not have to drive more than 15-20 minutes to get to all of the places we needed to go, including Galleria Mall and downtown Houston.
