Great pool, and awesome proximity to downtown Burbank! The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Pool gets some nice sun, and there are lots of places to lounge. My business is 5 mins down the road, so this is the perfect AirBNB for me to be able to stay in when visiting the west coast. Host is extremely responsive and accommodating.

The space was well-maintained, and the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and throughout our visit. There are truly not enough words that could possibly do this place and this company the proper justice to describe how incredible our stay was. From start to finish, from the moment we booked our stay all the way through check out, everything was absolutely perfect. Our host were so incredibly kind, responsive and helpful in every way possible. The house was absolutely stunning. Warm, comfortable and inviting, peaceful and quiet as was the neighborhood it was nestled in. Literally everything we needed was provided which made our stay so much smoother. From laundry detergent to kitchen items to toiletries, we didn't have to make a special trip to purchase anything extra. We enjoyed family time inside the home and enjoyed the nearby restaurants within walking and driving distance. We also very much appreciated how centrally located the home was to all of the popular hot spots of LA were in proximity. We absolutely can not wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It looks brand new, very clean, very comfortable, comfortable beds, super convenient location, and has all the amenities you need. I have 3 young children and it was a perfect setup for them. The host was very nice, very responsive, and accommodating to our schedule when we needed a little extra time getting 3 little boys out the door and ready for the airport. They even set up a pack n play for our baby (without me asking)! I have family in Burbank, so will definitely come back to this house when we visit!
