One of our best rentals ever. We travel a lot, and stay at a lot of air bnbs around America every year- we wish every single host and home was like this one. From Florida we drove to visit RMNP and found this home absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful, spacious home with appliances, tvs, and even a movie room- all better than anything we have at our own homes. After a long day, it’s a luxury to sleep here. Movie lover’s dream! We made memories playing video games and board games, watched movies with the amazing media sets, baked cookies in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen itself could be a 5 star review. We love to cook, and it’s a cooks dream. So much kitchenware and even an air fryer! If you’re looking to visit RMNP, Estes, Denver, etc. book this! A lot of our drives were an hour away, and it NEVER FELT LONG because EVERY drive was beautiful and full of wildlife. There’s pics everywhere. The RM views alone will make an hour fly by like a minute. Thank you, Donovan
This was a nice stay in a brand-new property located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with everything in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. The WiFi was fast and reliable during the stay, which was helpful for working, streaming, and staying connected. I also really appreciated having a park nearby, which added to the relaxed feel of the neighborhood and made it easy to get outside for a walk. The area felt safe and calm, while still being convenient for getting around. Check-in and parking were easy and the house had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Overall, this was an easy, pleasant stay in a well-kept new home with a quiet setting, strong internet, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and peaceful place to stay.
This was by far one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in in Colorado, especially the bedding. In many places we have stayed in Colorado, the bedding has had hair on it, but that was absolutely not the case here. Everything was exceptionally clean and immediately felt like home. We had eight family members stay comfortably, with spacious, well decorated rooms and a great layout. The home has a two car garage, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with Whole Foods, Sprouts, restaurants, stores, and shopping centers all within walking distance or very close by. Donovan was an outstanding and attentive host who responded quickly to any questions. He even went out of his way to bring us cookies from Crumbl when we were short on towels, which was partially our fault due to booking for fewer guests. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again.
I had such an amazing stay at this home! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The space felt very welcoming and had everything we needed, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The house was very welcoming, spacious and convenient. This house is near every store possible which are also just a short walk away. We had a group of 5 people and we were able to stay here very comfortably, we enjoyed every single bit of this house! Not to mention Mr. Donovan was nothing short of helpful, always stayed in touch providing clear instructions, checking up on us making sure we were settling just fine. We 100% recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation near Denver.
Donovan was extremely responsive to all our needs! He responded right away to any requests I had. The house met all our expectations especially traveling with a big family as ours. The kitchen was beautiful! All the rooms were comfortable and the lay out of the house made it easy for everyone to have their own space. I would defiantly stay there again on our next trip to Evans! Seamless stay, beautifully maintained home that fit the needs of our large group that was in town for our daughter's college graduation. Would definitely stay here again! Close to stores, grocery, and restaurants. This place was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations! Great communication with host. No complaints! Quiet and nice neighborhood.
Had a last minute schedule shift that required me to book an Airbnb for the weekend and I was fortunate to run across Donovan’s listing. The home was cozy, peaceful, and just as described. Donovan was a top tier host, making himself available from the moment we checked in and kindly checking in on us throughout the weekend. I’d definitely stay here again!
Everything in the home is very new and very clean. The backyard is private and great for relaxing. We had one minor maintenance issue and the host was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
