We had such a wonderful stay in London, The apartment was absolutely lovely — clean, comfortable, cosy, and had everything we needed for our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and at home. The location was also great and made it easy for us to explore London.
We especially want to say a huge thank you to host, who was incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Communication was always easy and pleasant, and we really appreciated how attentive and thoughtful he was. It genuinely made our experience even better and made us feel very comfortable during our time there.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was just as we hoped, and we enjoyed every moment of it. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to London and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

Great space, well organised. Photos are accurate and the appt block is in beautiful gardens. Easy 10 min walk to Cockfosters tube station. Parking was an allocated space in the basement accessible with the fob in the appt. Hosts were really good to rewind to messages - just make sure you have, in advance, the codes for both the outer entrance door and the appt itself. Would happily return. Thank you.

This beautifully modern apartment features a balcony perfect for watching the sunset. Just a 10-minute walk away from Trent Park, it’s the ideal spot for a morning hike. With tones of bakeries and brunch spots to stop by on your way back to the apartment. The only downside is there’s constant traffic/car noise, which might be a concern if you’re sensitive to noise.

The flat itself is modern, spacious for London, and having a parking spot was a huge plus. Communication was quick, and we appreciated the host sending someone over with supplies when requested.
However, host preparation and overall cleanliness could be improved. The flat wasn't overly clean on arrival, and basic essentials like soap, towles, bin bags, and the iron were missing due to oversight with their cleaning staff. Between the missing items and pre-existing issues like a broken door latch and loose toilet seat, the flat felt a bit unprepared for our stay. It’s a lovely space with great potential, but it needs better pre-check-in management.
