This property was absolutely fantastic. It fit our large family with more space then needed. There were 9 of us and we were more than comfortable. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. Our kids and grandkids loved it. The pool was very large and great. The kitchen was well equipped, and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The grounds are impeccable and well maintained.
The owner was very responsive with all of our questions and concerns before our trip and made us comfortable with his responses as well as his kind and rapid responses.
The property manager Mario was fantastic. If you need anything he is right on it fast and very, very kind and helpful. He made our stay awesome. Very knowledgeable of the area and helpful with our questions and inquiries for food, restaurants and anything Costa Rica. Mario is the MAN.
Also, a special shout out for our transporter Tony Costa Rica who the owner told us about and was incredible to communicate with for our transportation

I booked this home to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday fishing trip, and it could not have been more perfect for the occasion! Our group of 13 fit comfortably, and the house was ideal for spending quality time together while still having space to relax.
The location was fantastic—less than 2 miles from Los Sueños, making it an easy and fun golf cart ride. Being at the end of a quiet street on a corner made it feel extremely safe and peaceful. We always felt completely comfortable during our stay.
Mario truly made our experience unforgettable—he went above and beyond in every way, always making sure we were taken care of and adding so much to our trip. We genuinely enjoyed getting to know him, and his hospitality did not go unnoticed.
We are so grateful for the experience and the incredible hospitality. This definitely won’t be our last visit—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

El lugar estuvo excelente, muy limpio, todo muy cómodo y espacioso. Mario y el personal fueron muy amables y atentos todo el tiempo. Solo tuvimos un problema con la manija de la puerta del cuarto que no cerraba bien, pero Mario fue a cambiarla inmediatamente que le dijimos y fue un servicio excelente más bien. Regresaríamos sin pensarlo y sin problema, el lugar está súper y por el precio no se puede superar. Hay que tomar en cuenta que hay pocos campos para estacionamiento, sin embargo siempre tuvimos nuestro espacio, si estuviera lleno el lugar, tal vez tendrían que estacionar afuera pero igualmente se siente tranquilo y seguro. No hubo ruido y respetan las reglas de los horarios para el ruido, entonces la pasamos bien tranquilos y la verdad estuvo muy bien. También está muy cerca en carro del automercado y de otros lugares, así que es una buena ubicación. Recomendado.

Our group of 10 adults rented out the entire place for 8 days in June 2023 and it was one of the best vacations any of us have had. Not only are the grounds clean and beautiful, Mario and his wife were there to answer any of our questions and point us in the right direction to everything from a private chef to local recommendations. They also cooked us all breakfast a couple mornings - both American and Tico and both delicious.
We rented 2 golf carts for quick trips to the beach, restaurants, mercado and Los Suenos Marina where we fished from. There were also bicycles for us to use.
The property exceeded all expectations - we spent everyday swimming, used the grill and never felt unsafe. The house is at the end of the road so not much traffic to see or hear.
I would not hesitate to book Zenergy again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great vacation spot.

We had a fantastic stay at the cabinas and our only wish was that we could have stayed longer! Eric, and Mario who runs everything day to day, are so welcoming, friendly and easy going, it made our short trip to Herradura perfect. The cabins are a little calm oasis away from the main high road to the beach and along with the pool, provide a quiet respite after a day of activities. We stayed in cabina hibiscus; the decoration is lovely and vibrant, has every essential home comfort and a nice seating area outside. The location is great, a short (half hour) walk to the beach & the same in the opposite direction for the supermarket. I can't recommend this place enough if you want to be close to everything in the Jaco area but away from the crowds. Also worth a mention, El Pelicano beach restaurant in Herradura does the best fish tacos ever!

This home is absolutely incredible! All the photos are spot on. The cabanas have everything you need as well as the main house. This is a place I would definitely book again. We were less than 10min from Jaco which was absolutely perfect as well as being super close to so many beaches. We saw Playa Mantas, Playa Blanca, Playa Herradura and even took a nice drive to Manuel Antonio beach which was less than 90min. Mario and his wife are great hosts and treat you like family. They also give you all the space you need which is always appreciated. Overall, an incredible experience in Costa Rica and the house made it that much better! Thank you for everything.

Piscina impecable, todo muy ordenado limpio. Muy tranquilo me sentí en casa, y los administradores Don Mario y su esposa Magaly son bellísimas personas. Si no van en carro hay bicicletas para los clientes o incluso el mismo Don Mario te hace los viajes por un precio muy cómodo. Van a disfrutar de la sala, los sillones, el comedor, todo!. Seguiré visitándolo sin duda! ✌️♥️🏡🥰

this place is absolutely amazing! the vibes & energy in this place make you feel right at home, a great space for relaxation, & connecting to others who are traveling in the area too — yet you get your space so you don’t feel like it’s a hostel on top of each-other. You can feel the time & love that the owners put into the house. Mario & his girlfriend are incredible as well, very kind hardworking people who are on property during your stay. I always appreciate when there are locals involved with airbnbs so you get some local recommendations & inside scoop — as well as meeting people from the area you visit! 11/11 recommend! we kept coming back!

The caretaker Mario is the best! He is so friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night as we passed through for a last minute fishing trip, and while my boyfriend was out fishing the next day, I stayed by the pool. Mario even made me a typical tican breakfast while I hung out! (For an additional fee, of course, but very much worth it.) The place was so cute and well laid out, much nicer than we expected, especially for the price! It was close to everything, but at the end of a street so no traffic. The beach was just a couple minute drive as well as food/drinks and little convenience stores. We definitely recommend this place!
