So much space! We arrived the day after a hurricane and although the cleaners had to clean partly without power, home felt clean other than a couple items I won't even mention because they had to clean without power for crying out loud. Bedrooms downstairs are HUGE. Giant table in upstairs great room and huge table outside on covered deck - was perfect for our big group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice but also having 2 extra bathrooms outside of the bedrooms was convenient. There were extra seasonings and oil left from other people I assume in the pantry that was helpful. We didnt think there was truly room for 6 vehicles and thought we would have to use public parking but we were able to fit two small crossover SUVS, a Chevy duramax 2500 and a Toyota tundra. Inside spaces were pretty perfect. Downstairs outdoor space could use some cleaning up but was still a great space we used and like I said it was the day after Hurrican Isais (sp?) Hit. Extra fridge was amazing and also the ice machine was a hit. Would stay again!

We had a lovely 5 night stay. The house was exactly what we needed for our extended family ( 8 adults and 7 kids). The huge kitchen and extra long table was perfect for our group. The beach couldn’t be closer. 10 steps off the boardwalk and your toes are in the water. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kiddos loved the arcade game upstairs and there was a good supply of beach gear downstairs. A few things to be aware of: -there were a few shallow stumps from trees in the sand permanently outside of the house. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but we had a few kids trying to boogie board and ended up getting scraped on the underwater stumps. -I’m not sure if it is this beach location or the time of year we went but there was almost no breeze on the beach 🤔 The lack of breeze made it feel very hot/humid and we were unable to fly kites. -3 kids got jellyfish stings

We had an amazing stay this past week! This home is so roomy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The extra kitchen in the back was a huge bonus having an extra refrigerator was amazing we used it as a drink fridge so we had more room in the main kitchen fridge. The pots were awesome and nonstick (we have had problems in the past with awful pots lol) outside there was extra beach toys, wagons and beach chairs that definitely came in handy. We had 8 kids with us and they all had a blast in the pool. They said the house was like a maze and they loved that. It is a super short walk to the beach which was a huge plus. It was so nice to not have to wait on an elevator or be in the pool with a ton of other people. If you’re looking for a super roomy home to stay in this is definitely the one!

This place was perfect for 12 people total. We had kids and teens and adults! We had a small issue with pool from previous renters and the owner and his team took care of it immediately! The level of communication was amazing! The house had all the little details of lots of hooks, and towels and 4 big spacious bedrooms. We were truly 60 steps from oven front in a little street and felt very safe having our teenage and middle school kids go down ahead of us to ocean. Safe neighborhood and handy to everything you could need! The front room with tables was outstanding and seated up at least 20! Thanks you for a wonderful stay and great amenities! We would defiantly stay there again!

OMG. Paradise!!! This was our first vacay in 2 years (thank you, new baby lol). This was exactly what we needed. Perfect for families. Our little one had a blast staying in the bunk bedroom. The private pool was cherry on top, we will never vacation another way. We enjoyed takeout on the porch every night with the breeze from the gulf keeping us cool.Patrick was very responsive, always responding within a couple of minutes. The home was seriously less than 90 steps from the beach which was perfect for quick bathroom trips from the beach. Home was clean and had everything we'd need. Also pet friendly if you're bringing your fur baby.We cannot wait to stay here again!

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday at Cape San Blas. A Wave From It All was the perfect home to accommodate our large family. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. We enjoyed bringing in fresh shrimp from a local seafood spot and picked up a few items and beverages at the general store. The property was very clean upon our arrival; beds were super comfortable and all furnishings looked brand new! Patrick answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely return to this lovely family home again and again.

We had an exceptional experience at A Wave from it all, which offered a prime beachfront location with the convenience of a boat launch. The spacious dining table and fully equipped kitchen were particularly noteworthy. The rooms were roomy, the bathrooms were ample, and the sunset views were truly breathtaking. Additionally, the availability of sufficient beach chairs for our family and extras for a neighboring residence was appreciated. A practical suggestion for future visitors would be to have a bucket of water and a towel at each entrance to manage sandy footwear. We look forward to returning next year!

This home is beautiful and well appointed. Our family of 7 adults and 3 children had plenty of space. We enjoyed eating family dinner at the large dining room table. Plus the view from the living room and primary suite was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and flatware plus cabinet space for the food items we brought. The 2nd refrigerator definitely came in handy!! We truly enjoyed our first visit to this area. So much beauty all around. Sunsets and dolphins were viewed every day from our decks! Thanks Patrick for sharing your beautiful beach oasis with us! We will be back!

Patrick was a fantastic host and very responsive. The home was as he described and you do get a peek at the water from the upper deck. It was a very short walk to the beach and it's at the end where it wasn't too crowded. The pool was nice to have for the ones who didn't want to go to the beach everyday. There are several local hangouts, within walking distance, with one having live music nightly that you can hear if you sit outside on the deck but not loud enough to disturb you or be able to hear inside. My family found it very enjoyable.

We loved our stay at Patrick's place! Would 100% recommend. Patrick was an excellent communicator and quick to respond to any questions. He went above and beyond the average host and we felt that he genuinely "cared" for our well-being while on vacation. The home is beautiful and located in a very nice, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. We appreciated all the little extras that were in the house. The pool was amazing as well. Overall an A++ experience!
