« Une des meilleures maisons que nous ayons jamais louées, sûrement un trésor caché. La maison était propre, joliment décorée et vous ne pouvez pas battre le porche surplombant l'eau. L'emplacement était central par rapport à tous les endroits où nous voulions aller. Nous reviendrions certainement ici. »

« Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreuses locations de propriétés côtières de Cape Ann et celle-ci était la meilleure. Nous ne séjournerons nulle part ailleurs si nous n'y sommes pas contraints. La propriété était conforme à la description de l'annonce. Propre, bien entretenue, tout ce dont vous avez besoin. »

« Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce refuge de plage ! Les deux chambres étaient parfaites pour notre famille de trois. La maison était idéalement située — très proche de la plage, d'un beau parc avec une aire de jeux et de super cafés ! Nous sommes restés 5 jours et nous reviendrions volontiers pour un séjour plus long. »

This vacation home in Beverly Mass was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. Immaculately clean, comfortable, views were heavenly being right on Crane River. Fenced in yard for dogs was great to have and loved using the kayaks right out the gate of the fenced in yard as in your own personal boat slip of sorts. Felt private as it is a very pleasant and peaceful area even at the heighth of the season for MA coastal areas. Cute local beaches and restaurants. Not sure what more we could have asked for that wasn’t already provided or all around us. Cranes and Herons every morning walking around the banks of the river like it was unreal. Very generous and communicative hosts. This listing was not in my typical budget for getaways but well worth the price Looking forward to arranging another stay at this home again!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Afternoon Delight. The home was clean, comfortable, and nicely located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to a small park. The yard is gated which was great for our dog. Having the kayaks available for use was wonderful. The deck overlooking the water was peaceful and relaxing and wonderful for dining outdoors and grilling. Kitchen was well stocked with basic needs (although one review stated olive oil, salt, pepper available and they are not). We were able to check in a tad early which was greatly appreciated as it was a super hot day. Host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed the place very much . Had the whole family at one point . Very relaxing and refreshing as we did get to swim in the river. We had 2 dogs with us and we taught them to swim. Great laughs! Great location to everything. Being from the south there were some things to get use to such as the stairs, bugs on the river and ac wall units. I would recommend the place to everyone. Loved it. Our family LOVED our time in Gloucester!! The location was PERFECT - an easy walk to Good Harbor, the best beach in New England! The house was nice - lots of space for our entire crew to spend time all together. The rooms were nice and comfortable for everyone. Atlantic Vacation Homes, who manages the property, communicated the details well along the way. Timely texts came before, during, and at the end of the trip with all the info we needed for each step. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Great location and property, the dock was fun and the home was very clean. The yard has a small fence around the perimeter which was perfect to let our dogs off leash and enjoy the yard with us. Location us walkable to a small convenience store and the neighborhood is quiet. Be wary dog owners as there was a skunk that lingered/potentially lives in the corner of the yard near the small shed. Enjoyable lakefront property. My friends and I, enjoyed the breathtaking views, sitting on the balcony, taking in the scenic area, Property, very well kept and organized. Welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful! Was located central, for my trip and journeys. The drive there, was scenic and stunning, from NY. Pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend and plan another visit.

This home was in a beautiful location and easy to get to lots of wonderful area attractions! Beautiful views from windows and deck. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristine. Stairway up from the kitchen to second floor is not for people with impaired mobility.

A group of 8 sorority sisters of bygone days enjoyed this lovely home. It has views of the ocean, a large dining table, and a spacious living area where we could all comfortably relax. Communication with management was excellent. Great place for our reunion!

Lovely spacious home. Very happy staying here. As others have said, the house was super clean, set up with lots of comfy chairs for lounging, very spacious, quiet. Great decks, great view of the ocean, quick walk to beach. Would love to rent it again.

Beautiful view and a comfortable home. Great location as a base camp for Cape Ann adventures. Dogs loves swimming off the steps in the backyard. I'd recommend staying here for any family looking for a quiet getaway.
