¡Una escapada perfecta en la playa de Juan Dolio! 🏖️✨ Este apartamento vacacional superó todas nuestras expectativas. Lo mejor de todo es su ubicación privilegiada, ideal para relajarse con el sonido del mar Caribe y disfrutar de los mejores restaurantes y beach clubs de la zona sin complicaciones. Además, la cercanía y el rápido acceso a Playa Juan Dolio hacen que la estadía sea sumamente cómoda. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para un viaje de descanso o incluso para trabajar a distancia: una cómoda cama, aire acondicionado óptimo, agua caliente y un wifi de alta velocidad que funciona a la perfección. 💻📺 La cocina está excelentemente equipada con nevera, estufa, microondas y utensilios, lo cual es ideal para preparar comidas en casa. También disfrutamos muchísimo de las áreas comunes, la piscina y la tranquilidad del entorno. 🏊‍♂️🍃 La limpieza del apartamento es impecable, se nota el cuidado en cada detalle y la seguridad del complejo es de primer nivel. ☀️

Our stay was pure luxury from start to finish. The condo was right on the beach, with breathtaking views every morning in an exclusive private area. The amenities were top-tier—think a serene sauna, a relaxing steam room, and a stunning pool. The cleanliness and hygiene of her units were superb. Apparently, the owner made necessary changes and updates. The hot water system in the unit is functional, but it may take longer than expected at times for hot water to arrive. This is not uncommon in certain properties in DR or in general, which might not meet everyone’s expectations. The concierge and the entire staff was a gem—so attentive, making every request feel seamless. Cristian and Eunice offer cleaning, traditional home cooked meals and other services by request ONLY (additional price) which made our stay even more delightful. Any requests or issues were resolved and handled quickly by the staff. It’s an elegant, peaceful retreat, we already rebooked for July! Can’t wait!

We enjoyed our stay overall and really appreciated the location. The property is literally just steps away from a beautiful, clean beach and pool, which was one of the highlights of our trip. I especially loved that the area was peaceful and not overly busy or crowded with tourists like Punta Cana or Santo Domingo, which made for a more relaxing family getaway. The apartment itself was nice, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable during our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there are not many nearby stores or restaurants within walking distance, so you will likely need to rely on Uber or taxis to get around. While we enjoyed the space, the apartment could benefit from a deep cleaning as well as some general maintenance and updates, as there were several minor items that appeared broken or in need of repair. That said, Cristian was responsive and attentive whenever I reached out, which I truly appreciated.

My fiancé and I spent a month in Christians apartment and we had a great time. The building has a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach. The apartment is super spacious - bigger than we thought! It has a wonderful balcony high up in the building with great views of the coast and sunsets. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Shortly down the road (less than 5 minute walk) there's a small store called a "colmado" where you can get basic items like water jugs, snacks, drinks, etc. For proper grocery shopping, you need to take a taxi/car about 20 minutes to one of the bigger towns. The area is safe and peaceful. There aren't many restaurants in the immediate area, but you can walk about 15-20 minutes to get to an area with many restaurants, or some restaurants will deliver as well. Overall we very much enjoyed our extended stay in such a nice apartment in playa Juan Dolio!

¡Tuve una estancia de 5 estrellas en este alojamiento en Punta Cana! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Si estás buscando un lugar que combine comodidad y una ubicación estratégica, no busques más. ✅ Lo que más me gustó: 📍 Ubicación súper céntrica: Estás cerca de todo, lo cual hizo mi viaje mucho más fácil y agradable. 🛋️ Totalmente equipado: La unidad tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa desde el primer día. 💻 Perfecto para trabajar: El internet vuela 🚀 y el área de coworking es súper cómoda. Pude trabajar sin problemas. 🏊‍♂️ Amenidades increíbles: El área social es un sueño. El gimnasio 💪 está muy bien y la piscina es simplemente espectacular para relajarse. ☀️ Es un alojamiento que transmite mucha confianza y calidad. Sin duda lo recomiendo a toda la comunidad de Airbnb y espero volver pronto. ¡Gracias por todo! 🙌🥂

We’ve just spent a wonderful 5 weeks in Cristian’s unit in Juan Dolio. The unit is exactly as advertised and Cristian is very helpful and eager to correct any possible issues that may arise. The unit is equipped with everything that you might need and is located in an area that offers little markets and great restaurants all within a short walk. The beach at Costa del Sol is fabulous and very quiet during the week. The weekends can be quite loud and lively when the locals come out. Water is lovely but you may want water shoes if you are sensitive to little stones and coral. If you like walking on the beach it’s perfect. We started every morning with a 5K and could have gone even further! We will definitely return! Thank you Cristian for making our stay so enjoyable :)

Very well appointed, stylish and very bright studio. The kitchenette is quite practical, there's even an air fryer. Bathroom is large, bed is comfortable, living area is roomy and AC and wifi work very well, can't ask for more!!. Location is unbeatable in Juan Dolio, 3 minutes walk to the nicest section of the beach with good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I enjoyed my stay a lot and was able to combine leisure and working online very well. I specially loved running on the beach in the early morning and then coming to the studio and sitting in the balcony with a nice cup of Dominican coffee while reading the news and checking my email! By the way, Christian, the host, is amazing. He'll go above and beyond to help you and make your stay a perfect one.

The apartment was everything the pictures described and more... very spacious living, wonderful balcony view of the boulevard & beaches. Main bedroom and bed very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and ready to make delicious coffee. Living very chic look and the dining room table large enough for a family but comfortable enough for laptop use if needed. The boulevard is left once you leave the entrance of the residence. The beach is literally 2 blocks away once you hit the main boulevard. Safe area even at night...Walkable to restaurants and small local grocery stores for everyday Knick knacks. Definitely will recommend to friends and will be back in near future. P.S. the Wi-Fi connection was very fast and was stable.

This stay was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy thanks to Cristian’s great communication. The condo had absolutely everything we needed—super clean, comfortable, and well set up. But what really makes this place special is the location. You can go from the pool to the beach in seconds, which made every day feel like a private resort experience. The building amenities were a huge plus too—pool, gym, sauna—all well maintained and easy to access. Cristian checked in to make sure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

My wife and I made a last minute decision to extend our trip and we were looking for a cozy place for a few nights close to the airport, close to a beach and with a pool and this placed checked all of the boxes and went beyong our expectations. It was simple to get to. Very friendly staff. Quiet, family friendly apartment complex. The pool was great, clean and never crowded. There was a beach club 10-minutes away that we decided to go to and spend the days and it was also great. My wife, our toddler and I walked everywhere and at different times of the day to get breakfast, dinner etc. and always felt safe. Highly recommend the stay.
