Washer/dryer available, TV projector, and the house has a mini-split for heating/cooling.

This lovely one-bedroom cabin sits on 1.25 acres completely fenced with stunning desert views looking towards the San Bernardino mountains and a backyard that faces the sunset. The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans/dishes/utensils and has a gas stove for cooking. There is a retractable projector screen over the breakfast bar for streaming movies and high-speed satellite internet access for work. Watch the stars from the hot tub, relax by the fire pit at night, and play a game of horseshoes on a lazy afternoon. The storage tank pool is available for enjoyment in the warmer months. Grill and dine under string lights at the outdoor dining table. Then, get ready for a showdown with the sunset. Guaranteed that the night will win.
PETS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one-time fee of $30. Smoking/vaping outside the house is fully permitted, just no smoking of any kind inside, or it will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Two hours of early check-in or late check-out are available upon request for a fee of $35 and subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs or pets will incur a penalty of $100. Filming or commercial photography is not allowed without the express permission of Desert Collective Management. Personal photos/videos are fine, but anything used for print, television, music videos, movies, or branded social media/YouTube posts will need to negotiate a filming fee.
