Best Airbnb house!
House very clean/comfortable. Despite not having A/C, the close proximity to the ocean contributes to the cool breezes and comfortable temperatures. Our 3-night stay was during the 1st week of June.
The beds were very comfortable & having 4 separate bedrooms was very convenient for our family.
Kitchen was outstanding. We cooked dinner 2 of the 3 nights. Kitchen well equipped with pots/pans, cutlery, cutting boards, utensils, & general spices. We cooked a full breakfast as easily as we do at home.
12 cup coffee maker & hotpot for tea was utilized daily. Even had a keurig with pods, but we didn’t need it. Filtered water spigot👍
We grilled our ribeyes on the patio deck on their bbq grill & enjoyed an intimate family dinner on their spacious patio dining table.
Nearly a perfect house, except we struggled to enter the front door day 1. After 10 min, Ryan was able to help us gain access. At times our phones could not make outbound calls. (WiFi?).
Best trip tho!

This was a great place to gather siblings and cousins. Very well appointed, decorated and comfortable home. We stay at a lot of AIRBNB rentals, and of those in cold areas, this house may have had the most well balanced heating system, not too hot and not too cold, and several fireplaces to add to the experience. Bedrooms felt private and quiet. Plenty of common space and a game room that everyone enjoyed. We were lucky to enjoy fresh snow falling most of our trip. Despite almost 18 inches accumulating over a couple of days, the driveway and walkways/stairs were cleared daily. Convenient to nearby ski areas, the lake, or Tahoe Village and casinos, depending on what you're looking for. Great communication from the host, making sure we were aware of potential for difficult winter travel. We had a few questions in the lead up to our arrival, and the hosts were exceptionally prompt usually replying within minutes. Five stars all around!

The location and amenities were perfect for our family, including 9 adults and 2 children (9 and 12). This also included a grandmother. The family spent the bulk of the time time in the pool followed by watching movies in the evening and punctuated by occasional games of pickleball. The kitchen(s) had everything we needed and plenty of space for group preparations of meals. We loved spending early mornings and evenings on the back deck, looking at the beautiful view. Although there were many of us, the house was so spacious that we never felt crowded. In fact, we all agreed that we could live there permanently! We were a comfortable drive to St. Elmo's and Lookout Mountain and not much further to downtown Chattanooga where we spent an afternoon on the riverwalk. Hopefully we will plan a trip to Chattanooga again in the future, and if we do, we certainly will plan to book our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! We were looking to escape the summer heat for the weekend, and this home was exactly what we were hoping for. The house is beautiful, spacious, and offered plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.
One of our favorite parts was the location. The surrounding trees provided so much privacy and made the property feel peaceful and secluded. We also loved spending time on the balconies, the views and natural sunlight made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable.
The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, yet the beach was less than a five-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. We also fell in love with the charming small-town atmosphere. The local restaurants were fantastic, and everyone we encountered was welcoming.
Overall, this was a peaceful and memorable getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, even though it was only for one night. The house was very clean, quiet, and in a beautiful location. The backyard is next to the forest, and we had a shashlik BBQ on Saturday night. We really enjoyed spending time outside. I was a little scared that a bear might come. The house was very comfortable and had lots of space. I also liked that it was not too decorated, so it felt simple and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
Our dog, Cypher, loved it too. He felt at home right away. He stayed on his dog bed but spent most of his time enjoying the backyard.
We have stayed in many Airbnbs, but this place really touched our hearts. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Ryan, for being a great host and I really appreciate your help with the bbq grill and the fire pit. We would love to come back and I highly recommend this place.

Everything was amazing from start to finish; I had no issues at all with this rental. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL! It’s hard to put into words just how perfect it was. The space was spacious and convenient. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the place. We had a great time playing pool, and the garage was ample, providing plenty of room for our cars. The rooms were immaculate, from the bedding to the cozy fireplaces throughout the house. The kitchen is fantastic, but I recommend bringing your own seasonings, which I forgot. Fortunately, there’s a store less than 10 minutes away. The views all around were stunning, and the street was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place and would choose this rental again in the future. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. Ryan was a great host and very attentive. Thank you for everything!

Ryan was a great host and very responsive from the date of booking throughout our stay.
The house is located in a beautiful part of Tahoe nestled in a quiet community away from the casino and ski traffic.
The property offered a great fenced yard for our pup to play in the snow. We loved the spacious garage parking to keep our vehicles out of the weather.
The large kitchen, dining, and living space was great to keep our entire group all in the same space no matter what we were doing. Ample dishes, pots, and pans provided to cook a chef’s feast. (I would advise that you bring your own foil, saran wrap, etc., which are not provided by the host as with other rentals we’ve stayed in).
Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with basic amenities and fresh towels.
Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow.
We definitely book again!

This is a spacious and gracious home that easily gave all 6 of us comfortable spaces to escape and exceptional common spaces. The hot tub. is fantastic, Heated up very quickly and was a regular visit. The gas fireplaces gave warmth and mood. Beds were great. We had a couple minor questions that Ryan responded to within minutes. The home is a 15 minute drive to the gondola base. That worked great for our family- but you do need a car. We loved the quiet, the spacious rooms, the spa, the dart board, the sonos system- everything. Kitchen was well outfitted and the gas grill lights up right away. Our non-skiers took several extended walks in the local woods which are really just down the street. The description is accurate- with the property over delivering. We would look for this on any return trips.

The accommodations of our ladies 4 day getaway were awesome. We selected this property because it was basically an all-inclusive resort with all the amenities that the place offered. We wanted to relax, play cards, hang out, cook & watch movies AND having a Pickleball court right there was the best part!! We all love to play PB and we could just walk out the door any time and play and the view was spectacular! We would highly recommend this place. The beds were comfortable, too and lots of towels! Thanks for being so detailed and offering an outstanding getaway option, Ryan & April!
PS - I did not mention the pool, because unfortunately the weather was quite chilly and we did not swim, but it is a large pool that looks like it will be very inviting when we go back in the spring!!

Very nice stay. Owner allowed us to check in early which was very helpful since we were coming up from Solvang after a 10am checkout. House was as expected and matched the pictures, very well maintained. Balcony was great as it was warm enough once the rain stopped to use the space. Wonderful escape from the cold of Minnesota. We have friends who live in Cambria, so visited them too. Only thing about the trip that was remotely inconvenient is that the Cambria neighborhoods are quite hilly with narrow streets. So getting to the main part of town to do anything is taking the curvy winding roads. First world problem for sure. A great area for exploring too: Elephant Seals, Morro Rock, coast line, etc. Will probably come back again in the summer for a warmer stay!
