• No smoking • No parties or events Please avoid consuming any food or beverages inside the room. For your convenience, we recommend enjoying meals and drinks in common areas or designated dining spaces. Please sort your rubbish and place it into the correct bins. If the council rubbish collection day falls during your stay, you will need to wheel the bins out to the roadside. Please avoid generating excessive rubbish, as the bin size is intended to meet normal daily usage needs. Excess rubbish may incur additional rubbish removal charges. Please try to keep the house tidy and clean during your stay. The cleaning fee we charge covers the standard checkout cleaning and the replacement of linen and amenities. If the property is left excessively dirty, any extra costs beyond the standard cleaning fee we pay to the cleaning company need to be covered by you.
