Herradura sits just north of Jaco on a calm, crescent-shaped bay. The water is gentle enough for paddleboarding at sunrise and deep enough offshore for marlin and sailfish by mid-morning. Los Sueños Marina is right here, the golf course is a short drive, and the jungle starts where the beach ends. It's a quieter base than Jaco with everything you'd want close by.
