Before booking, please note PARTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THIS HOUSE. Family house with smart layout spreading two stories with 2 big livings. The entire house is reserved for one group of guests only and is not shared with anyone else. 200 meters to convenience store. Only 1.2 km to New Lynn town center, with supermarket, restaurants, cafes and stores. 7 kms to Auckland Zoo. 12 kms to the CBD and various attractions in the city. Fully fenced backyard. 4-6 private parkings We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, oil, salt, tea, coffee , sugar, coffee cup, glass, wine glass, dish-washing liquid, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer.
