Amazing experience! Great location, great communication, the villa was spotless and beautiful. Pool cleaned daily. Bedrooms and outdoor area also cleaned and maintained daily by the amazing butler Ketut. A special thank you to the butler Ketut. What an amazing lady. So friendly and kind. Whatever you think you need, she’s a step ahead and already thought about it for you. Gave us great recommendations, super friendly with our little one and even took the missus to the shops to help get some groceries and fruit. The villa was one thing, but she was the highlight
What a magical 2 weeks we had at villa Sirena 🌴 From booking months out to check out day Anna, Wayan and Ketut made it effortless on our part! Our villa was gorgeous, private and like other reviews have stated the pool is bigger than perceived in the photos. Ketut couldn’t do enough for us and was the most lovely presence each day. Our kids adored her, so much so our 4yr old still insisted he didn’t want to go home as we landed back in Oz. We had the most amazing meals prepared whenever we wanted to chill rather than head out, Ketut not only creates beautiful authentic food she also makes a great iced coffee which was a big plus for me in the heat! We honestly, are still floating on the experience ☺️ perfectly located 5min walk in either direction from the beach, shopping and supermarkets. Everything you need is there, we didn’t want for anything, even during a longer 2 week stay. Highly recommend Saudara and the team! We can’t wait to plan our next stay. Thanks guys ❤️ til next t
Everything about Villa Sirena exceeded our expectations! We’re already dreaming of our next stay - highly recommend! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. We loved the beautifully designed villa which felt like home, was very quiet and felt very safe! The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. From incredible communication with hosts Anna & Wayan to Dian - the amazing butler who not only cooked the most delicious Indonesian meals but also showed such warmth and kindness toward our children. As a young family - WOW we got to have meals together as a couple for the first time in months as Dian and some of the other staff cuddled our babies, fed them and brought so much joy! Such an unexpected perk that I am still so grateful for! Thank you
An Unforgettable Stay at "Saudara Sirena Villa!" Our stay at "Saudara Sirena Villa" was the best, like having our own private resort, central yet very quiet and relaxed. The bedroom and living were great size. The open living had a huge ceiling fan which kept the space really cool. The location was perfect with a shortcut to the beach which was less than 10 mins away(even with kids) The beds were super comfortable. We chose a king in our room and two singles for the kids. The mini bar stocked with cheap priced snacks and drinks which was really handy. Dian was our private butler and made our stay! Her meals including a floating breakfast and banquet dinner were real highlights of our trip. She was amazing with the kids, even baby sat one night so we could head to the beach for dinner(alone). Wayan, the Guest Manager was so helpful and we had airport pickup included which was very convenient so we did not need to worry about directions. We can’t wait to return to Sirena!

Your SERVICE 🌴 Private Butler (8 hours/day): Your Female English Speaking Butler will work exclusively for your group in your own villa, providing daily support with housekeeping, meal preparation, reservations and concierge services, and personal laundry arrangements. Your Butler can help out with your kids during the day(should you want to have a quick lunch or massage child-free. (They can stay on for extra hours at a small hourly fee should you want extended babysitting). 🌴 Night Security Team: On duty from 5pm to 7am, 7 days a week. 🌴 Daily Pool & Garden Attendant 🌴 24/7 Guest Support: Your dedicated Guest Relations Manager is always available. 🌴 Private Driver for Airport Pick Up: One Complimentary pick-up for stays of 3+ nights. Additional Transfers can be arranged at a fee of $30 AUD per extra vehicle. Last-minute discounted stays do not include transport and can be arranged for the same fee as above..
