The building sits right on the edge of the Saguenay River, just a 2-minute walk from a grocery store and steps away from a bike path that takes you downtown in under 5 minutes on foot. Recently renovated while preserving its original charm and character. Please note that there is no view of the Saguenay River from the apartment or the balcony.

good place, just behind the estuary and walking distance to the center of Chicoutimi. Because it is closed to a large street, you can hear traffic in the morning and evening. It is a nice wooden house and for it is also easy to hear neighbors. All in all it is a very good choice

Studio parfait ! Propre et bien situé ! Le plus, la télé avec Netflix et une place de parking au pied du studio ! Hôte très accueillant ! Nous recommandons vivement, nous avons été ravis !
