Patrick is one of the best hosts we have worked with. Since booking, he has responded within minutes, even during what would normally be considered “after hours”. The house is beautiful and well appointed and the views are even better than the pictures portrait. The beach is literally steps from the house and it is extremely private which was SO nice! This is the PERFECT place for low key family gatherings when you truly want to slow down and relax. We loved having the extra large dining table to accommodate our big family and having a high chair available was very helpful for our youngest family member. The instructions for check in and out are detailed and concise and made the process for both very easy. This will definitely be a place we come back to.

We had a lovely 5 night stay. The house was exactly what we needed for our extended family ( 8 adults and 7 kids). The huge kitchen and extra long table was perfect for our group. The beach couldn’t be closer. 10 steps off the boardwalk and your toes are in the water. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kiddos loved the arcade game upstairs and there was a good supply of beach gear downstairs. A few things to be aware of: -there were a few shallow stumps from trees in the sand permanently outside of the house. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but we had a few kids trying to boogie board and ended up getting scraped on the underwater stumps. -I’m not sure if it is this beach location or the time of year we went but there was almost no breeze on the beach 🤔 The lack of breeze made it feel very hot/humid and we were unable to fly kites. -3 kids got jellyfish stings

This home is beautiful and well appointed. Our family of 7 adults and 3 children had plenty of space. We enjoyed eating family dinner at the large dining room table. Plus the view from the living room and primary suite was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and flatware plus cabinet space for the food items we brought. The 2nd refrigerator definitely came in handy!! We truly enjoyed our first visit to this area. So much beauty all around. Sunsets and dolphins were viewed every day from our decks! Thanks Patrick for sharing your beautiful beach oasis with us! We will be back!

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday at Cape San Blas. A Wave From It All was the perfect home to accommodate our large family. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. We enjoyed bringing in fresh shrimp from a local seafood spot and picked up a few items and beverages at the general store. The property was very clean upon our arrival; beds were super comfortable and all furnishings looked brand new! Patrick answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely return to this lovely family home again and again.
