HOUSE RULES • Immediate Eviction for Violations: Any violation of the house rules—including hosting unauthorized parties, exceeding maximum occupancy, bringing unapproved pets, or booking unauthorized third-party vendors—will result in the immediate termination of the booking and expulsion from the premises without a refund. • No parties, events, or gatherings • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (strictly enforced) • Registered guests only — no visitors • Pets welcome with prior approval only & fee applies • No smoking inside or outside the home (cigarettes, vaping, weed) • Respect our neighbors and community • Government-issued ID required for booking • No Unauthorized Third-Party Services: Guests are strictly prohibited from booking external, third-party vendors (such as independent cleaning services, personal chefs, massage therapists, or tour guides) to perform services on the property without prior written host approval. •  Liability & Access: Unregistered service personnel will be denied entry to ensure the security, privacy, and insurance compliance of the home. • No commercial photography/filming allowed at the property • ANY valuables left on the property/site are left at your own risk. Owner & co-hosts are not responsible. There is a mailing fee to return items.
