Once the Model Home & Real Estate Office for Hollywoodland, the two-bed, 2.5 bath boasts an open Kitchen with Carrera marble & Viking appliances. Living room w/fireplace & Dining rooms open to pool & patios with fire pit. The Primary suite offers a circular ceiling, walk-in closet & luxurious bathroom and guest bedroom is ensuite. It's a private oasis that offers the ultimate California lifestyle!

The neighbors and neighborhood are quiet and respectful and are our friends. No parties, this is not a party house. No music or noise outside after 9pm. No loitering outside the home and no honking. You MUST get approval from co-hosts prior to any small gathering and only CONFIRMED GUESTS on the Booking may stay overnight. If there are complaints of loud parties, gatherings or disturbances to the neighbors/neighborhood guests will be asked to vacate the home immediately and no refund will be issued. All hardscape elements (gravel, etc.) around the outside areas & yard are to REMAIN in the yard. They are not to be removed and/or tossed in the pool. Any pet staying must adhere to staying OFF the furniture and all pet debris (inside/outside) home must be cleaned up throughout the stay. This is a multi-level home so please use caution on the stairs Any valuables left on property/site are left at your own risk. Owner/Co-Hosts are not responsible
