We loved this Denver stay. Great value, super-clean, and very responsive host. The place is one of our AirBnB faves: three levels with two en suite bathrooms, with fun and bold interior design, comfortable beds and climate. Loved the third-story deck, although was a little hot when we were there! We brought our bikes on this trip, and loved that we were adjacent to the Dry Gulch Park and bike paths, so we could just roll out of the house and onto the bike paths. Convenient to downtown and close to a lot of attractions. The hosts responded to questions almost immediately. We would recommend.
The location was amazing! We walked to the Perry St station to get downtown multiple times and loved the convenience. We did a mix of street parking and using the garage and really appreciated that it was offered. The house was gorgeous. As a group of four people we really appreciated all having our own bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!
Manuel’s place is absolutely gorgeous! Super spacious and clean! Neighbor is great and easy to get to. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. After a long day we found Manuel’s place late and he was easy and quick to get us checked in! Really appreciated his helpfulness and quick response! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again sometime! Thank you!
This place is wonderful. Exactly as advertised, beautiful and clean, Manuel is a responsive host with clear and detailed instructions. Nice location with the light rail, lake, area restaurants, and a short drive to downtown!

We allow up to two pets, each no larger than 100 lbs. Please note that fees for multiple pets and multiple weeks will be requested separately through the Airbnb messaging service after reservation is complete. ➟ Nonrefundable pet fee does not cover additional cleaning required by or damaged caused by pets. Pets are not permitted on any furniture. Please wipe your pets' paws upon entering the home from outside. ➟ Pets must be walked a minimum of once a day. ➟ Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
