A great place tucked away from traffic but still can easily access to the city and to the freeway for getting around. The home was quiet the entire time we were there, we never had an issue with outside or adjoining wall noise. It was an enormous, clean space perfect for me and my partner to stay in for a wedding trip, and a great place to get ready for the wedding and to crash at once the party at the reception was over. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

Perfect, clean, convenient, cozy and just right! Thankful we found this perfect vacation house close to all things Denver has to offer. Close to food stores and restaurants. We stayed over Christmas and they had a tree for us. Sabrina and Manny are quick to respond. We needed to add a day and we took care of it within 15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again! Sabrina and Manny were great hosts! Sabrina was very quick to respond to my last-minute reservation. The place was beautifully furnished and decorated with comfortable beds and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The townhome is very centrally located just a few minutes from downtown Denver and right off of I-70. The place was really easy to find and parking was a breeze. It was particularly convenient that the listing is set up to allow for use of the garage. It was perfect for our short stay but we wish we could have stayed longer!

You must provide your email address and download the MyQ app in advance. • We charge a nonrefundable pet fee of $60 per pet for stays under a week, $120 per pet for a week, and $180 per pet for over two weeks. We allow up to two. Fees for reservations beyond a week will be charged separately through Airbnb with a special request after your reservation begins. No outdoor space. Pets must be walked. • Nest security cameras are located at the front entrance facing the porch and entryway and outside the garage door facing the alley and outside entry to the garage. We also have a Vivint security system that is not active.
