The flat itself is modern, spacious for London, and having a parking spot was a huge plus. Communication was quick, and we appreciated the host sending someone over with supplies when requested. However, host preparation and overall cleanliness could be improved. The flat wasn't overly clean on arrival, and basic essentials like soap, towles, bin bags, and the iron were missing due to oversight with their cleaning staff. Between the missing items and pre-existing issues like a broken door latch and loose toilet seat, the flat felt a bit unprepared for our stay. It’s a lovely space with great potential, but it needs better pre-check-in management.

Please be considerate of neighbours if smoking outside. No Pets: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind. No Parties or Events: The property is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or events. Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property. Please do not invite unregistered visitors to stay. Rubbish & Recycling: Please dispose of all rubbish responsibly during your stay. Bin storage is located on the left-hand side of the building, next to the underground parking gate. General Care: Please treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home. Any damages or breakages should be reported to us promptly.
