Great house for multiple families! We had plenty of space and entertainment. The playroom was a huge hit for our little ones while older kids used the arcade area. The outdoor amenities were great for all, except a few of the activities were so worn out they were broken upon arrival. A few maintenance issues were presented to the owner but nothing that prevented the functions of our stay. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen! Comfortable beds, great location, loved the layout of the house, overall a great time!
This place was awesome. The pool is great, sports court was fun. The inside of the house was really nicely done. Couldn't have asked for more! The host was really accommodating and nice throughout the whole process. Didn't have any problems at all and we loved the house. Super close to the beach as well.
Our group of 10, from grandparents to little kids, enjoyed our stay at Tom's place. The kids especially loved the pickleball court and play room. We drove the 7 minute drive to the beach each morning and enjoyed the pool and backyard each afternoon. Plenty of parking and easy beach access at Tiki Gardens public beach access. Tom was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We had a slight issue with our trash not getting picked up and Tom and his team quickly solved it for us. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area in the future.
Tom and Allison were great hosts! Whenever I needed them, they were a text away. The home was immaculate. It was bright, colorful and beautiful. My kids loved their spaces. My 18 year old son, who is autistic described his room as "quaint". The kids loved the pool and the overall "maze" feel to the home. My daughter took over the huge playroom. We really enjoyed our time there. It was great to come to after the hustle and bustle of being at the busch gardens all day. A nice relaxing time inside or by the pool or watching my husband shoot hoops, play a game of pool or some pacman. It was a nice, chill experience to come to. Thank you again guys for listening and communicating when needed. And just showing us what great hosts are. We appreciate the level that you displayed. Hopefully as guests, we displayed the same level of courteous to your home.

Our pool and yard team stops by Mondays and Fridays. Let us know in advance if you’d prefer to reschedule. Note About Pool Heating: Our pool is equipped with a heater and we’re happy to warm it for your stay. Because the pool is fully outdoors, the water temperature is influenced by outside conditions. Cooler nights, wind, and seasonal weather can limit how much heat the pool can retain. Please note: pool heaters do not make the water “hot-tub hot.” They raise the temperature to a more comfortable level, but Mother Nature ultimately determines how warm the pool can get. If you’ve added pool heating to your reservation and find the temperature isn’t comfortable for swimming due to weather, please reach out and we’re happy to discuss a refund.
