OMG!!!!! THIS HOUSE!!!!!! The most fun home ever! The house allowed us to all be together at all times. SO spacious and accommodating. Had everything we needed. Perfect location, less than 15 min to anything you need including the beach. The host and the maintenance guy were absolutely fantastic. When I say they went above and beyond I mean it! I miss the house already and can't wait to go back!
We had an amazing stay while celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday! This home was perfect for our multigenerational group, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax, connect, and have fun together. The pool and game room were definitely highlights of our stay, and we made great use of all the outdoor amenities. The location was convenient, and the home provided the perfect setting for a memorable weekend with family and friends. Beautiful home, great amenities, and a great space for groups of all ages. We would absolutely stay here again!
Cabana Royale was the perfect home for our family vacation! There was something for everyone, with plenty of activities for both kids and adults to enjoy. The home was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful five-night visit and truly felt at home. The neighborhood was peaceful, beautifully landscaped, and surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The home’s modern, funky beach-inspired style was exactly the vibe we were looking for. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, providing a welcome escape from the Florida heat after a day of exploring. The only minor downside is that the home isn’t located directly on the beach. However, several beautiful beaches are just a short 15-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the coast while returning to a quiet, relaxing retreat. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely choose Cabana Royale again if we visit the area in the future.
This was our first vacation having all of our kids and grandkids staying in the same house. Everyone had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen was great and very well stocked with everything from spices to aluminum foil. The game room was a hit with everyone. The backyard was just exactly like the pictures show with everything you need for soccer, pickle ball, pool inflatables, etc. We definitely plan to come back in the future for another stay. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet also. If you have a large family this is a great option.

Just let us know after booking and we’ll get it set up.\ ➤ Is there a hot tub? There’s a soaking tub that stays the same temperature as the pool, but no separate hot tub.\ ➤ Can we host a party? No parties allowed. Bachelor and bachelorette groups are welcome with a $150 additional cleaning fee—just no afterparties, please.\ ➤ Will there be any staff on the property? Our pool and yard team stops by Mondays and Fridays. Let us know in advance if you’d prefer to reschedule. Note About Pool Heating: Our pool is equipped with a heater and we’re happy to warm it for your stay. Because the pool is fully outdoors, the water temperature is influenced by outside conditions. Cooler nights, wind, and seasonal weather can limit how much heat the pool can retain. Please note: pool heaters do not make the water “hot-tub hot.” They raise the temperature to a more comfortable level, but Mother Nature ultimately determines how warm the pool can get. If you’ve added pool heating to your reservation and find the temperature isn’t comfortable for swimming due to weather, please reach out and we’re happy to discuss a refund. Early check-in (if approved) – $50/hour Late check-out (if approved) – $50/hour
