A great, last-minute find - like same-day! I would stay here again. The entire operation is fully automated and quite seamless. The place is as shown. It's a small house & garage that is divided into 3 apartments. Quiet street midweek. People in adjoining apartment were quiet, which could be an issue if they were loud or up late. I wasn't too sure of the location, but it all turned out fine. There's off-street parking (although on-street was plentiful). Bed was comfy with plenty of pillow options. No living room, but TV on wall at end of the bed. All messaging was through their automated AI agent, but that was fine as there were no issues.

What a gem this place is! A 30 minute walk to the Truckee River walking path and so many great restaurants and shops. Just a stones throw away. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was terrific! We really appreciated the personal touches, like having the lights on for us when we arrived and peaceful music playing. The amenities in the space were immaculate and well thought out. The space was clean, cozy and comfortable and the surroundings were quiet. James and Jillian were very responsive and so kind. Would definitely recommend this lovely little spot in Reno!
