The only problem that we had with this house is that we should have stayed longer! In fact, I think home is a better word. We felt totally at home from the moment that we walked into this beautiful home. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. We spent a ton of time on the porch with a fire going while watching a movie. The heaters were also a really nice touch as a couple of the night got pretty cool. Everything inside was so well appointed. The kitchen has everything that we needed as well as the bar area. Everything was also pretty well organized which was nice. Whoever decorated the home also gets an A+! The bedrooms were all very nice, the bathrooms all over the top. The master shower is huge and the heated floors are a great touch! The views from the master bedroom are also very nice in the mornings as the sun rises from the very comfy sleep number bed. We cant wait to stay again!
Beautiful home. Great for multiple couples. The back porch is awesome with the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The location is ideally located between Cashiers and Highlands. Lee was a great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The house is exceptionally well stocked with everything you could need and is impressively equipped with smart technology, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal—close to everything Highlands has to offer while still feeling peaceful and private. The stunning mountain views are truly unforgettable and make every morning and evening special. We had another fantastic visit and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Having access to the golf cart was a wonderful bonus—we really enjoyed using it to explore the area and take in the beautiful surroundings. We also loved the great selection of board games, which made for some wonderful family evenings together. The smart home features worked flawlessly and added to the overall experience. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish; they were responsive, friendly, and made everything effortless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway!
Please do not leave any trash outside that is not bagged and secured in the bear-proof trash cans at the top of the driveway, or else some hungry animals might show up!

While our estates offer stunning, elevated mountain and lake vistas, they are accessible via fully paved or well-maintained roads. A standard vehicle is perfectly sufficient under normal conditions. However, during winter weather events in lower Appalachia, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for safety on mountain inclines.
How do I access the property upon arrival?
Every estate is outfitted with world-class smart home technology, featuring secure, keyless digital locks. You will receive a personalized, time-sensitive access code via email and SMS 24 hours prior to your check-in time. This code activates exactly at 4:00 PM on your arrival date, allowing for seamless, private entry.
Are your properties pet-friendly?
Yes, we allow well-behaved and non-shedding pets to stay in our homes. There is a $150 per pet fee.

Every Lake & Highland estate is stocked with luxury linens, spa-grade bath products, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. Outdoor living spaces feature Bromic heaters, fire places with provided firewood, and panoramic decks.
Do you allow events, commercial filming, or large gatherings?
Our properties are exclusively optimized for quiet luxury retreats, family vacations, and intimate gatherings. In accordance with local North Georgia county ordinances, large parties, unapproved events, and occupancy exceeding the stated listing maximum are strictly prohibited. Commercial filming requires explicit, written prior approval and separate insurance riders.
What are the house rules I should be aware of during my stay?
We kindly ask guests to respect the property and neighbors. No smoking is allowed inside, and please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the property?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.
What kitchen amenities are provided for cooking during my stay?
