We had an amazing week-long stay at Stephanie’s place. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment itself was fantastic, with breathtaking views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially on days when the weather kept us indoors. A special thank you (and apology!) to Stephanie for going above and beyond on our last day. At 5:00 a.m., we accidentally locked ourselves out while retrieving a bag before our early flight. Despite the very early hour, Stephanie responded immediately and helped us regain access, ensuring we didn’t miss our flight. We were truly grateful for her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you, Stephanie, for making our stay so memorable and for ending it on such a positive note. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area.
Steph’s place was amazing. The views were to die for and the location was perfect to park the car and walk to everywhere. The guidebook was perfect, covering every detail needed for a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as described and shown. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and the extra touches made it perfect. The apartment was super quiet! We will definitely be booking again! Thank you a wonderful stay!
We had a great holiday!! Our family of 4 (two children under 7) loved the location and space provided by Steph and her team. We had everything that we needed in the apartment, it was quick and easy to access Southbank, the mall and the Botanic gardens. Steph was very easy to communicate with and they even left a few special touches for the kids, which was appreciated! We would definitely recommend and come back and stay here!
Stunning spot - you won’t want to leave ! The view, on site facilities, apartment amenities and access to surrounding restaurants etc were all absolutely fantastic! On top of that the hosts were also outstanding! Little touches like complimentary drink bottles was very much appreciated. We will be back.
