Just across Bayshore Drive sits the Naples Botanical Garden, a 170‑acre tropical oasis of cultivated gardens and native Florida preserve with winding paths, waterlily pools, and a birding tower. It’s open daily (summer hours shorter), and offers a sensory‑rich morning escape—especially at opening when light and birds are at their best (naplesactivities.com).
A short ride from the house brings you to Celebration Park, a waterfront food‑truck park nestled in the Bayshore Arts District. With rotating vendors, outdoor seating, and a relaxed, social vibe along the water, it’s a perfect spot for casual bites and local flavor (visitnaplesfl.com).
Naples is known as the pickleball capital of the country, and the USOP National Pickleball Center—formerly the Naples Pickleball Center—sits just minutes away in East Naples. With over 60 courts, open‑play sessions, clinics, and pro‑level tournaments like the US Open Pickleball Championships, it’s a haven for both casual and competitive players (blairwhite.com).
If you’re drawn to the water, Bayview Park offers public boat launch facilities, picnic areas, playgrounds, and beautiful views of Naples Bay—ideal for launching a kayak, casting a line, or simply watching the sunset (blairwhite.com). Locals also confirm it's a popular spot for launching kayaks and small boats (reddit.com).
Beyond the garden, Sugden Regional Park offers 150 acres of lakes, a man‑made beach, kayak rentals, walking trails, and fishing—great for an active family day out (blairwhite.com). And just a few miles away, Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens blends wildlife encounters with historic botanical landscapes—perfect for a leisurely visit (en.wikipedia.org).
The Bayshore Arts District is blossoming with art galleries, design studios, murals, and local boutiques. It’s a neighborhood that’s finding its stride as a creative hub, anchored by the Garden and animated by public art and community energy (visitnaplesfl.com).
Casa Botanica places you at the heart of all this—just a short bike or stroll from gardens, galleries, pickleball courts, parks, and the bay. After a day exploring, return to your private salt‑water pool, fire up the BBQ, or relax under stars in the screened lanai. Whether you’re here for art, nature, sport, or simple togetherness, this house is your thoughtfully curated home base.
