Eight thatched suites wrapped around a jungle pool, ten minutes above Ubud. Carved teak, linen canopies, frangipani on the breakfast tray. Mornings start with gong sound from the water temple below; evenings end barefoot at the fire table.
The house Sundara is a compound in the Balinese style — open-air pavilions, antique joglo timber, and a spring-fed pool at the center. Every suite has a private garden shower and a daybed built for napping through the afternoon rain. The table Our kitchen cooks from the morning market: sambal made in-house, fish grilled in banana leaf, fruit you have not heard of yet.
House rules • Treat the home like your own. • Quiet hours 10pm–8am out of respect for neighbors. • No smoking indoors. • Please start the dishwasher before you leave.
