Twelve safari tents on a bright high-desert ridge outside Joshua Tree. Real beds, hot outdoor showers, and a sunset deck where the wine comes out as the light goes gold. Off-grid solar, zero pavement, full sky.
The tents Canvas on timber platforms — king beds, wool blankets for cold desert nights, and a private deck facing the sunset. Each tent has its own hot-water shower under the sky. The evenings Golden hour is the whole point of Solterra. The camp pours natural wines on the ridge deck nightly; after dark, the fire circle and the clearest stars you have ever seen.
House rules • Treat the home like your own. • Quiet hours 10pm–8am out of respect for neighbors. • No smoking indoors. • Please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Can I check in early?
Often yes! Request early check-in from the Shop tab and we’ll confirm the night before based on the cleaning schedule.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — up to two well-behaved dogs. Just let us know in advance.
