Things to Know A few things we would like you to know before you arrive, so your stay is as comfortable as possible. 🌡️ Colorado mountain homes are not typically equipped with central air conditioning. Thanks to Frisco's cool alpine climate, summer evenings generally range between 45° and 55°F. Opening the windows allows fresh mountain air to naturally cool the home, and portable air conditioning units are provided in the main living area, the main floor king bedroom, and the main floor queen guest room, with portable fans throughout. The lower level stays naturally cool. 🏔️ Frisco sits at about 9,100 feet. We recommend taking your first day gently and drinking plenty of water while you adjust to the altitude. 🚗 Please arrive from the back of the home via Frisco Street and 6th Avenue; the front drive on Pitkin Street is too steep to use. 🚙 Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended from October through May. 📋 Our House Rules, including the 28+ booking age, holiday check-in dates, and quiet hours, are listed below.
