Haven automatically invites past guests to rebook direct with you. The system sends a small set of timed emails after each stay — no setup required from you.
After a guest checks out, Haven schedules up to three retargeting emails on your behalf:

Each email includes a one-time-use discount code that expires after 14 days. When a guest clicks the link, the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Important: The last stay date is only set after the guest has finished their stay (at checkout). For imported guests or properties without Haven booking history, you must set the last stay date manually so Haven knows when to schedule the emails.
Find the Guests tab on your Host Dashboard. It shows every guest who has stayed with you (or been imported), along with:
Expand any guest row to see their properties. Each property shows:
A warning appears if any property is missing a last stay date. Set it so Haven can schedule the retargeting emails.
Each guest starts with a default discount of 10% for all three emails. You can customize the discount percentage for any individual guest by clicking the discount value in their row and entering a new percentage (1–100).
Select multiple guests using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action buttons to turn retargeting ON or OFF for all selected guests at once.
After each checkout, you will receive an email asking "How was this guest?" with two options:
If you don't respond, the default stays ON and retargeting emails will be sent.
You can import guests from other platforms (like Airbnb) so Haven can start inviting them back.
After import, you'll see a summary of how many guests were imported. Haven will begin sending retargeting emails based on their stay dates.
Click Sync from past reservations on the Guests tab to automatically pull in all guests from your Haven booking history. This is useful when you first enable the feature.

If you are an admin, you can trigger retargeting emails immediately from the Guests tab without waiting for the scheduled send times. Expand any guest row and click the email buttons to send a specific campaign right away.
